I spent the first two years out of ...Amen to that! I spent the first two years out of college working in what likes to call itself the "quick service restuarant industry". The pay and conditions may have been lousy but I learnt the importance of customer focus. It doesn't matter how important you think you are, or how much you're being paid - if you piss your customers off then you won't be in business for long.<BR/><BR/>Now if only I could get public sector IT workers to think of their users as customers...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
